A doggy has been observed locked in a cage and abandoned at the roadside in London, U.K. The chow chow was included in its have vomit and feces and had no water or blanket, the woman who rescued her claimed.
Kimberly Beavis, 30, located the afraid feminine chow chow on March 22 even though driving again from a grocery store with her husband or wife, 34-yr-aged Justin Redman, My London reported.
